The North West Province, Guanacaste got its name from the great tree of the same name, which takes the form of a umbrella and you see very often in these directions. Gunacaste is , the largest of Costa Rica has the most varied topography.
From the steamy fumerolas of Rincón de la Vieja volcano to the sun-drenched beaches of the Pacific coast. This part of Costa Rica has a lot going for the adventurer and lover of the sun.
